PT Cafe

PT Cafe is a vocational enterprise designed to provide students with hands-on work experience in the food services industry. Students learn a variety of skills, including customer service, cash handling, and food safety. In addition to these skills, students also learn those specific to the barista role, including pulling shots, steaming milk, and filling orders. Students train on site in our training kitchen and also set up a mobile coffee cart at various locations.
